Unless stated otherwise, MXNPro and its licensors own the intellectual property rights in this website and its content. All of these rights are reserved.
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from this website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions in these terms.
3. Application licenses & refunds
Some of our applications are sold with a "lifetime" license. A lifetime license remains valid for as long as all of the following are true:
- this website is online;
- the application is available in the public extension marketplaces where it is distributed;
- MXNPro is able to provide customer support for the application.
You can request a refund within 3 months of your purchase by contacting us at contact@mxnpro.ovh.
4. Prohibited uses
Unless content is expressly made available for redistribution, you must not:
- republish material from this website, including on another website;
- sell, rent or sub-license material from this website or our applications;
- reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit our material for commercial purposes;
- edit or otherwise modify any material on this website;
- show material from this website in public, or reproduce it through iframes, screen scrapers or similar means.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services:
- in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairs its availability or accessibility;
- in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any such purpose or activity;
- to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material that contains, or is linked to, spyware, viruses, trojans, worms, keyloggers, rootkits or other malicious software;

We may edit or remove any content submitted to the Services, but we are not obliged to monitor it.

To the extent permitted by law, MXNPro will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, use of, or otherwise in connection with the Services:
- for any indirect, special or consequential loss;
- for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
These limitations apply even if MXNPro has been expressly advised of the potential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or in any other way that is not permitted by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Indemnity & breaches
You agree to indemnify MXNPro against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from any breach of these terms by you.
If you breach these terms, MXNPro may take any action it considers appropriate, including suspending your access to the Services or blocking devices using your IP address from accessing them.
11. Other parties
MXNPro has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees. You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against them in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the Services. The limitations of liability in these terms protect MXNPro's officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, successors and assigns as well as MXNPro.
12. Changes & assignment
We may revise these terms from time to time. Revised terms apply from the date they are published on this website, so please check this page regularly.
MXNPro may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with its rights and obligations under these terms without notifying you. You may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights or obligations under these terms.
13. Severability & entire agreement
If a court or other competent authority finds any provision of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in effect. If an unlawful or unenforceable provision would become lawful or enforceable once part of it is removed, that part will be treated as removed and the rest will remain in effect.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and MXNPro regarding your use of the Services and replace all previous agreements on that subject.
