Refund window
You can request a refund of any subscription payment for an MXNPro product within 3 months of that payment. After 3 months, that payment can no longer be refunded.
How to request a refund
Write to contact@mxnpro.ovh with the name of the product and the email address used for your purchase. We process refund requests within 15 business days. Refunds are issued by our reseller (the merchant of record shown on your receipt) to your original payment method.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your product account or using the link in the emails you receive from our reseller. You keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Your legal rights
Because this refund window is longer than the 14-day legal withdrawal period, consumers can in any case cancel and be refunded within 14 days of their first purchase. This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
